Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your ride. Please note: Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours before departure to qualify for a refund. Rescheduling: Allowed based on seat availability; please notify us at least 12 hours before your ride. However, Riders who are not at their designated pickup point on time will not be eligible for a refund.
